Ultra high speed full adder for biomedical applications

In the field of bio medical engineering high performance CPU for digital signal processing plays a significant role. Frequency efficient circuit is paramount requirement portable devices employing various processors. this work novel speed one-bit 10T full adder with complemented output was described. The constructed XOR gates which were built using two CMOS transistors. gate 2T multiplexer style. It observed that power consumption designed at 180nm supply voltage 1.8V 183.6 uW and delay 1.809 ps whereas 90nm 1.2V 25.74 8.245 ps. Power Delay Product (PDP) in (at 1.8V) 0.33 1.2V) 0.212. extended by implementing 32-bit Ripple Carry Adder (RCA) found 93.7ps 198ps. results drawn also technology CAD tool. say present offered enhancement PDP compared existing designs.
